My husband and I are going to the Viking / Packer game tomorrow night, December 23rd. Thank you for the update on food options at the stadium. I have been celiac since 1997 and was the director for the Arrowhead Celiac Assoc in Duluth. I have had to do the “not eating much anywhere I go” for 22 years! I wrote down where to get the hot dog and beer, that will help greatly. My doctor is Dr Joseph Murray, #1 doctor in the world for celiac so I am so fortunate to have him as my doctor. Resachers tell me that in 10 years, one in ten will have gluten intolerance or celiac disease. So you are right about being behind the times with available foods for us at this new arena! Maybe someday. I have tried to pave the way for you with educating others.

Hi Jill!! Lucky you – what a fun game to be at! That post and review of the food options at US Bank Stadium is quite old so I can’t guarantee that any of it is still there. But I would definitely suggest stopping at Guest Services as they should be able to tell you what is available for GF. Thanks for all of your work for our community – sounds like you’ve got everything figured out and you’re a true “expert”!! Have a great time and let me know what you find there!
