The day we went to Disney Springs was supposed to be our “rest” day, but I decided to book an appointment for my daughter at Bippidi Boppidi Boutique (so freaking cute and worth every penny) and we ended up spending the whole day there. I am so glad we did that though because I had one of my favorite meals of our whole trip at Raglan Road. Talk about all the deep fried fish, french fries, onion rings, and the biggest and most delicious peanut butter chocolate chip cookie ever! Also, Erin McKenna’s gluten-free and vegan bakery is here so you’ve obviously got to stop and get some treats!
At Raglan Road they can make just about everything on the menu gluten-free. And the guy who helped me order was very knowledgable and even commented that he liked the gluten-free onion rings better than the regular batter ones. I can attest that they were super good!
I went over to Erin McKenna’s and got my daughter a cupcake and then I got myself a slice of lemon cake and a “bakery sink” to go! Since they are vegan, their frostings are made with coconut oil which needs to be kept cold to stay firm so just know that it’s best to keep these items refrigerated.
